Soldiers Incorporated is a company whose purpose is to offer primarily conscripts their first employment and a springboard into their future careers. We know that the experiences and skills gained after military service are highly sought after in the private sector but often difficult to articulate in a CV. Classic military traits such as self-leadership and leading others in a constantly changing environment, seeking tasks, working in a structured and situationally adapted manner. Working in various group constellations where we collectively solve arising problems using mission tactics and under significant personal responsibility characterizes our staff and managers.

Our clients also appreciate these experiences and qualities, which is why we need to grow. Currently, we perform work primarily in three areas: installation, warehousing, and property maintenance.

We are looking for part-time or hourly employees, as well as staff for extra jobs with other main occupations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Personal suitability
• Completed military service with approved results is a requirement
• Other military experience from e.g. voluntary defense organizations is an advantage
• Driver's license B is a requirement
